Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans need to be changed. If you need to cancel your class registration, please contact us via email, one week prior to your scheduled class to cancel your registration to get a full refund of your class dues. With less than one weeks' notice, we will reschedule your registration to another class at no charge. Cancellations are not allowed day of class. If you are a "no show" for a class, you forfeit your class payment.

For private group classes, the following cancelation policy applies:

Event Cancelation Policy

  • More than 4 weeks' notice – full refund of deposit

  • 4 weeks – 3 weeks' notice – 25% deposit lost

  • 3 weeks – 2 weeks' notice – 50% deposit lost

  • Less than 2 weeks – deposit forfeited

For private group classes, the following class rescheduling policy applies:
  • More than 3 weeks' notice – No charge

  • 3 weeks – 2 weeks' notice – 25% of deposit reschedule charge

  • 2 weeks – 1 weeks' notice – 50% of deposit reschedule charge

  • Less than 1 weeks' notice – deposit forfeited
