Indian Vegan Cooking Class

Attend this cooking class to learn how to cook amazing vegan food using some Indian spices. The menu for the class is:
Moongi-Ki-Daal – Yellow lentils garnished with fried onions, tomatoes and spices
Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
