Learn how easy it is to make Samosa’s at home. The menu for the evening is:
Samosa’s – Traditional Indian stuffed pastry with vegetarian stuffing of potatoes, green peas, spices deep fried
Channa Masala – Chick Peas (garbanzo beans) cooked with potatoes, herbs and spices
Saag Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with spinach
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
