Friday night is cooking night. Attend this class to learn to stuff and fry Samosa’s. The menu for the evening is:
Keema Samosa’s – Traditional Indian stuffed pastry with ground turkey, green peas, spices deep fried
Chicken Biryani – Roasted chicken cooked with basmati rice and aromatic spices
Matar Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with green peas and mild spices
Cilantro – mint Chutney for Biryani and Samosa’s.
