Channa Masala – Chick Peas (garbanzo beans) cooked with potatoes, herbs and spices
Aloo-ki-Sabzi – par-boiled potatoes cooked with mild herbs and spices
Bhatura – deep fried bread made with flour kneaded with yogurt
