Vegetable Tikka Masala – Fresh vegetables chopped and cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Paneer Tikka Masala – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a tomato cream sauce with mild spices
Frontier Chicken – Strips of chicken cooked with onion, bell peppers, ginger and spices
