Channa Masala – Chick Peas (garbanzo beans) cooked with potatoes, herbs and spices
Saag Murgh – chicken pieces cooked with caramelized onion, ginger, garlic, spices and then simmered in pureed spinach
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
