Due to the current Covid restrictions and since indoor dining is closed in Illinois, we’ve had to be creative. We officially got on the Zoom-train and have been conducting virtual cook-alongs. For $50/dial-in you can learn how to cook a fabulous meal without ever leaving your pajamas! It's turned into a fun way for folks to connect who haven't seen each other in a long time or meeting some new folks. Guests who are attending the class get a grocery list in advance so they can shop and prep instructions before the cooking begins so everyone can keep up with the pace of the class. The menu is planned so most ingredients are easily available. The total time is about 60 - 75 minutes from start to end for the cook-along. Participants are provided a zoom link to connect and we cook the meal together. Questions are answered during the cooking time. Please feel free to reach out if you have a group and want to plan a private cook-along with a custom menu.
