Chicken Biryani Aromatic basmati rice cooked with spiced chicken, herbs, and sometimes saffron. A full meal on its own. 🧀 5. Palak Paneer Spinach-based curry with cubes of paneer cheese. A go-to vegetarian option that even meat-eaters enjoy. 🍲 6. Chana Masala Chickpeas in a tangy, spiced tomato gravy. Popular for being vegan, filling, and flavorful. 🥩 7.
