Vegetable Samosa’s – Traditional Indian stuffed pastry with vegetarian stuffing of potatoes, green peas, spices deep fried with a cilantro-mint chutney
Chicken Sheekh Kebabs – Ground chicken mixed with minced ginger, garlic, shallots, cilantro, spices, rolled as sausages, broiled
Chicken Biryani – Roasted chicken cooked with basmati rice and aromatic spices
