Vegetarian Night Cooking Class

We’re cooking some vegetarian food for this cooking class. The menu for the evening is:
Saag Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with spinach
Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
