Murgh Vindaloo – Chicken cooked with potatoes in a spicy aromatic curry
Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
