Curry Night – Vegetarian friendly

Attend this class to learn to make basic Indian curries. The menu for the evening is :
Goat curry – boneless pieces of goat meat cooked with spices in a pressure cooker
Aloo Matar – Potatoes and green peas cooked with caramelized onion, ginger, garlic and mild spices
Bhindi Masala – Fresh Okra chopped and cooked with sliced onion
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
