Lets Make Samosa’s

Who doesn’t like to eat Samosa’s. Attend this class to learn to make the mix, fold, wrap and fry them.
Samosa’s – Traditional Indian stuffed pastry with vegetarian stuffing of potatoes, green peas, spices deep fried (we use egg wash for wrapping)
Kathi Rolls – Pan fried flat bread wraps stuffed with turkey sheekh kebabs and julienned vegetable salad
Turkey Sheekh kebabs – Ground turkey mixed with minced ginger, garlic, shallots, cilantro, spices, rolled as sausages, grilled
Cilantro – mint chutney
