Korma and Roti’s

Murgh Korma – Tender pieces of chicken cooked with yogurt, herbs and aromatic spices, garnished with cream
Gobi Matar – green peas and cauliflower cooked with herbs and spices
Roti – Whole wheat durum flour Indian flat bread cooked on a griddle
