Let’s cook Frontier Chicken

November 4 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm CDT

Attend this class to work on your knife skills to prepare a variety of vegetables and cook a delicious meal. The menu for the evening is:
Vegetable Tikka masala – Stir fry of mixed vegetables with Indian spices
Frontier Chicken – Chicken cooked with sliced bell peppers, onion, ginger and mild spices
Matar Paneer – Paneer and green peas cooked with caramelized onion, ginger, garlic and spices
