Vegan Night Cooking Class

It is very easy to cook vegan food in Indian cuisine. Attend this class to learn about some basic spices and cooking techniques. The menu for the night is:
Zucchini Curry – diced zucchini cooked with sautéed onion, ginger, tomatoes and mild spice
Bengan Bharta – Charred eggplant, mashed and cooked the sautéed onion, ginger, garlic and spices
Roti – Indian flat breads cooked on a griddle
