Vegan Night Cooking Class

Lets cook some vegan food this evening – add some spices to boring vegetables and make them dance. The menu for this evening is:
Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Zucchini curry – Diced zucchini cooked with onion, ginger, tomatoes and mild spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
