Vegetarian Night

Spice up your vegetables when you attend this cooking class. The menu for the evening is:

Channa Masala – Chick Peas (garbanzo beans) cooked with potatoes, herbs and spices

Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chopped fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices

Steamed Basmati Rice
