Keema Kofta – Keema Kofta is a flavorful dish made by shaping spiced minced meat into balls and simmering them in a rich, aromatic gravy. The koftas are typically made from ground lamb/goat/chicken/turkey or beef mixed with herbs, spices, garlic, ginger. Cooked slowly, the dish is perfect with naan or rice.

Bhindi Masala – Bhindi Masala is a classic Indian stir-fry made with tender okra sautéed in onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices. The okra is cooked until lightly crisp, avoiding sliminess through proper preparation.
