Korma and Roti’s

Attend this class and learn to cook Whole wheat Indian flat breads on a griddle. The menu for the night is:

Murgh Korma – Tender pieces of chicken cooked with yogurt, herbs and aromatic spices, garnished with cream

Chili Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with sliced bell peppers, onions and mild spices

Roti – Whole wheat durum flour Indian flat bread cooked on a griddle
