Learn to make Paneer

Learn to make Paneer at home during this cooking class. We will make Paneer durnig class and that Paneer will be used to cook our entree’s. The menu for the night is:
Paneer Bhujiya – fresh paneer crumbles cooked with sauteed onion, ginger, tomatoes and mild spices
Keema Saag – Ground turkey cooked with chopped spinach, herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
