Attend this class to learn to marinate, season and cook meats with Indian spices. The menu for the evening is:
Beef Sheekh kebabs – Ground beef mixed with spices, minced ginger, garlic, shallots and grilled
Tandoori Chicken – Chicken marinated with traditional tandoori mariande, grilled
Daal Makhani – Black lentils and dark red kidney beans cooked with cream, herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
