Attend this class to learn to cook the basics of northern Indian curries. The menu is:

Murgh Curry – Traditional Northern Indian chicken curry cooked with herbs and spices

Bhindi Masala – Fresh okra cooked with sliced onion and mild spices

Roti – Whole wheat durum flour Indian flat bread cooked on a griddle
