Saag Chicken Night

Attend this cooking class to learn to cook the following Indian entree’s:
Saag Murgh – chicken pieces roasted and then simmered in pureed spinach with herbs and spices
Matar Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with green peas and mild spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
