Shrimp Curry and Saag Chicken Night

Attend this Pescartian night cooking class to learn to cook the following:
Goan Shrimp Curry – Shrimp cooked with coconut milk, herbs and spices
Saag Murgh – chicken pieces roasted and then simmered in pureed spinach with herbs and spices
Bhindi Masala – Fresh okra cooked with sliced onion and mild spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
