Samosa’s, Surf & Turf – Shrimp and Meatballs

Attend this class to get your hands dirty to roll some meatballs with Indian spices. Those get cooked in a sauce with curry spices. We’ll also cook Shrimp with a coconut milk and spices. The menu for the evening is:
Veg Samosa – Traditional Indian stuffed pastry with vegetarian stuffing of potatoes, green peas, spices deep fried
Goan Shrimp Curry – Shrimp cooked with coconut milk, herbs and spices
Keema Kofta Curry – Meatballs made with ground turkey and spices, cooking with caramelized onion, ginger spices and green peas
