Channa Masala – Chick Peas (garbanzo beans) cooked with potatoes, herbs and spices in a pressure cooker
Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
