Vegetarian Night

Add some spice to your vegetables to make them interesting. Attend this cooking class to learn to include some vegetables in your diet. The menu for the evening is:

Paneer Tikka Masala – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a tomato cream sauce with mild spices

Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chopped fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices

Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
