Attend this vegetarian cooking class to learn to cook the most popular Indian vegetarian entree’s. The menu for the evening is:

Masoor Daal – Brown Lentils cooked with mild spices in a pressure cooker

Saag Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with spinach

Vegetable Tikka Masala – Chunks of fresh vegetables cooked in a kadhai (Indian wok) with herbs and spices
