Attend this class to learn to cook meatballs spiced with Indian spices – not in an oven. The menu for the evening is:
Keema Kofta Curry – Meatballs made with ground turkey and spices, cooking with caramelized onion, ginger spices and green peas
Rajma – Dark red kidney beans cooked with herbs and spices
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice
